Cynthia Seely, MA

Cynthia Seely is a psychotherapist with fifteen years of experience working with individual adults of all ages, helping them navigate life’s difficult transitions with greater personal clarity and resolve. She holds a master’s degree in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, where she wrote her thesis on “Dreams During Pregnancy: Approaching Motherhood.”  Her gentle, probing questions balanced with compassionate listening help her clients live with increased joy and peace of mind.

Cynthia has additional training in dream interpretation, grief counseling, Myer’s Briggs typology, Jungian active imagination techniques, and stress reduction.  She brings to every session a mindfulness informed by her own meditation practice, as well as her diverse experience in publishing, business, and motherhood.  Understanding the healing power of nature, Cynthia offers walking therapy for clients who are interested in combining therapeutic conversation with being outdoors.
